Our highly popular script-in-hand performance series returns in January 2010!
Following our exceptionally well-received staged readings of three full-length plays last summer, we are delighted to again welcome two very special script-in-hand productions the weekend of January 15-16, 2010 -- a mid-season interlude.
The first reading is Edward Albee’s semi-autobiographical Three Tall Women, winner of the 1994 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, as well as the Drama Critics’ Circle and Lucille Lortel awards for Best and Outstanding Play, respectively. It will be directed by Christian Lepore, who has appeared in a number of plays at our theater, and in it we feature Judy Kinsley, Catherine Pappas, and Sharla Franco in the "title" roles. Performances are Friday, January 15 and Saturday, January 16, both at 8:00 pm. Following each performance actors and director will stay for a "Talk-Back" Q & A session with audience members. All in attendance are invited to participate.
BFG (Big Friendly Giant) performances Saturday, Januray 16 and Sunday, January 17 have been cancelled.
Admission: PAY WHAT YOU WILL. No reservations required.
